- To reset you Moduluc ID password:
- Go to “Account Preferences” in your profile
- Click “Account” tab on the left side of the screen
- Under the Password section, hit “Send Password Reset Email”
We’ll send a password change link to your email address. Confirm the change from your email and proceed with entering a new password for your account.If you don’t get the password reset email, let us know by reaching out to us at [email protected] and entering “account issues” into the subject line.
